This beginner-level certification provides a lifetime certification to dive with a 'buddy' (independently of a professional), anywhere in the world, to a maximum depth of 18 meters/60 feet. The Open Water diving  course is designed to give you the freedom, experience and knowledge to dive safely in many environments.

This 3½ day course consists of; independent study, through videos and manuals available in many different languages; theory review, with an instructor teaching you how to apply the information to dive safely; skills session, a chance to practice new diving skills in pool-like conditions; open water dives, experience the thrill of diving on a beautiful coral reef and demonstrating mastery of the skills learned.

Once you have gained your beginner-level certification you can start the popular 2½ day Advanced Open Water course which will improve your under water skills, confidence and experience. Once you have completed this course, consisting of five adventure dives, you will be able to dive in a wider variety of underwater environments with confidence.
